With more than 16 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate, Laura leads LN Property Buyers' strategic advisory across residential, commercial and development acquisitions.

Laura began her career in commercial real estate after completing a Bachelor of International Government and Business at the University of Sydney and obtaining her Real Estate Licence. She built extensive experience across investment assets including office buildings, retail centres, industrial warehouses and development sites, before moving into Sydney's luxury residential market during the COVID-19 pandemic, specialising in high-end residential developments across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

That path combines commercial investment expertise, residential sales experience and high-level negotiation. Clients value her honesty, her calm approach and her attention to detail, and the way she presents both the opportunities and the risks of every property, so decisions are made with clarity rather than emotion.

With more than 10 years dedicated to representing buyers, Luis brings deep residential market knowledge, extensive agent relationships and particular expertise in sourcing and negotiation.

Luis has dedicated his career exclusively to representing buyers, building deep expertise across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Inner West. His understanding of local market dynamics and his network of selling agents and industry relationships let him identify exceptional opportunities, many before they become publicly available, and his strategic, well-prepared negotiation has consistently secured sought-after properties in competitive markets.

His involvement often continues beyond the acquisition. Through his experience in property management, renovation coordination and long-term asset planning, he helps clients keep a property performing long after settlement.
