By understanding each member's existing portfolio, acquisition capacity and longer-term objectives, we can consider opportunities in the context of what they are actually trying to build, rather than treating every purchase as an isolated transaction.

Where appropriate to the strategy, we can consider opportunities across both residential and commercial property rather than limiting the search to a single asset class.
